In the video below (which might well become Heineken’s next viral video) you can see how the folks at Heineken chose the best candidate. No standard questions, no standard answers. Just … different.
How would you react if, as a candidate, you are led to the interview by your hand? Or if your interviewer faints during the interview? Or if you are suddenly asked to help out during an emergency?
Candidates at Heineken may not know that they are taking part, but this recruiting campaign (and marketing campaign, as it proved to be) did yield a winner – one who got to hear about it in an original way!
